On August 21, 2014, Gary Peterson, President of TWU Local 591, submitted a letter to the National Mediation Board (NMB) objecting to the TWU/IAM Association appearing on a ballot in an election that would follow an NMB single carrier ruling.
Today, the TWU/IAM Associations responded in this letter to Board.
