American airlines senior manager Teresa Maia and her dog Virginia Nieves had me fired nearly one year ago from the JFK control center for accessing the american airlines lounges on my meal break even though I had access! They threatened lounge employees to write statements saying they never allowed me access.
In reality, I received this treatment for emailing senior VP Kerry Philipovitch about a flaw in my seniority that took place during the merger with US airways. I lost three years and local managers couldn’t resolve it. I gave them months and nothing happened, two weeks after speaking with Kerry Philipovitch it was fixed.
Unfortunately I ended up on the JFK senior management hit list. GM Mike MacKenna, Senior Tower manager Teresa Maia and level 5 control center manager Virginia Nieves all had it out for me. They verbally assaulted me after sending that email and fired me eight months later. The union dropped my case after the 3rd hearing after I paid dues. I had over 10yrs seniority in two states and was thrown away like trash, proving you’re just a number. Even worse is management had me bring them candy from the lounges many times and used that against me showing how wicked and evil these people are to their core.
